Affiliate Program

When someone you refer makes a purchase, you and Ahead The Spread split it evenly. You keep half, we keep half. The split is on the net amount, meaning the price after payment processing fees come out first. On a $25 membership that works out to roughly $12 for you. This is your full compensation under the program, and there is nothing else owed beyond it.

Memberships are the best part. For as long as someone you referred stays subscribed and you remain in the program, you keep earning your half every month, not just the first one.

When someone clicks your link, we remember it for 30 days. Anything they buy in that window is credited to you. If they later click a different link, the most recent one gets the credit.

Your earnings collect as a balance on your dashboard. Whenever you want it, reach out on Instagram at @aheadthespread or by email at aheadthespread@gmail.com, and we send it to your PayPal. No minimum and no waiting period. You ask, we send.

Anything you have honestly earned on a completed sale is yours to keep. We do not take back commission that was fairly earned.

If a sale is refunded, that one comes back off your balance, since there was no real sale behind it.

You cannot earn commission on purchases you make yourself. The program is for bringing in other people.

You are an independent entity, not an employee, partner, or agent of Ahead The Spread. No employment relationship is created or implied. You run your own promotion the way you see fit.

Please share and recommend Ahead The Spread, but do not present yourself as the company or speak on its behalf. You can point people to us. You just cannot act as us.

Promote in good faith. No spam, no misleading or exaggerated claims, and nothing like guaranteed-winnings language to push a sale. That hurts the people we are both here to serve, and it is grounds for removal from the program.

Either of us can step away at any time, and we may end your participation for any reason. If that happens, we settle up first, so everything you have already earned and not yet been paid gets paid out. After that your links stop earning, including the recurring side, so active memberships you referred no longer pay going forward. Once you are paid what you are owed, we are squared up with no further obligations between us.

Our tracking and records are what we use to calculate clicks, sales, and what you are owed. If a question ever comes up, those records are what we go by.

We cannot guarantee how much traffic, how many sales, or how much you will earn. That part comes down to you and your audience. We may also change or pause the program over time.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on any commissions earned.

You are responsible for how you promote. If your promotion, your statements, or a breach of these terms leads to a claim or cost, that falls on you, not on Ahead The Spread.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our responsibility to you under this program is limited to commission you have earned and not yet been paid. We are not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses.

We may update these terms as the program grows. If you keep using your link, that means you are good with the current version.
